A 10/10 experience. After a difficult experience with my alterations and seamstress, Natasha was truly a refreshing and reassuring presence for a very anxious bride. Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. She took the time, even on the floor at times, to understand my vision and ensure the dress had every detail to make me feel absolutely beautiful. She hyped me up and comforted me with a hug when I cried and felt overwhelmed. She returned my dress quickly, and her pricing was very reasonable.
